In 1956 Belgraver Aircraft Interiors took its maiden step in aviation after being requested by the Dutch national carrier to manufacture a few spare curtains for their aircrafts. Nowadays, Belgraver Aircraft Interiors runs modern facilities in Naarden – The Netherlands and Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Our team of 100 specialists do keep aircraft interiors up to standard. Our product range covers non-structural parts manufactured from plastic, foam and textile for aircraft interiors which are supplied to more than 120 airlines and MRO’s. As a result, Belgraver Aircraft Interiors prides itself with an installed base of over 2,500 ‘flying showrooms’ worldwide.
Belgraver has set on a journey to make its organisation, services and products ready for the future challenges ahead. To support Belgravers journey we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial department with fresh ideas & plans.
As a Sales Manager you will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and connect with key business executives & stakeholders. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will also answer queries and will automatically liaise with internal teams (including Production and Product Development). In your role as Sales Manager you will visit your customers and prospects regularly on site (international travel up to 30-40%).
You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Furthermore you will communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. You forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Ultimately, a successful Sales Manager should identify market trends and is able to create sales plans in order to achieve business goals.
To be successful in this role, you have a passion for sales! Furthermore you have a bachelor working and thinking level, ideally, you will have a bachelor degree in the field of Business administration or Technology. You have 10+ years working experience in a related position within a production / trading B2B environment. You have the skills to manage a sales trajectory from start to finish. You are able to build lasting relationships with your (future) customer. Experience in aviation would be a big advantage. You live in The Netherlands and are able to communicate in English (verbal and in writing).
